NHTI is a part of the Saudi Tourism & Hospitality Tourism Company (STHTC), a joint venture between Saudi Trading and Resources (STAR) - Star Holding Co Limited from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Bahrain Institute of Hospitality and Retail (BIHR) – A. Dadabai Group company from the Kingdom of Bahrain.
STHTC has tied up with The American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AH & LEI) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide a globally recognised educational platform. This alliance addresses the growing need for skilled professionals in the hospitality Industry and allows NHTI to offer specialised vocational training programs through its Riyadh campus. The programmes and curriculum has been tailor made to meet the needs of local industries. All programs are designed in conjunction with relevant governmental and quasi-governmental organisations.
In the coming years, NHTI aims to be a center of academic excellence for international hospitality and retail management in Saudi Arabia. Keeping this vision in mind, NHTI will continually develop and offer quality programmes that are not only recognised internationally but will also design and equip students with the necessary skills to compete in the service industry. To meet the demands of the growing hospitality and tourism industry, NHTI is currently planning to extend its operations to multiple cities in Saudi Arabia.
